What can you expect?

First, if possible, we like to have a face-to-face meeting with any potential customers. Opening this dialogue gives us an opportunity to discuss, brainstorm and review ideas in a preliminary form. Next, using your plans or ones designed by us, we create a custom timber frame that best utilizes the defined space in a way that is supremely structural and visually stunning (since all of our frames are custom, a full set of engineered timber frame and/or house plans are included in our final price). Once we finalize your home design and a contract is agreed upon and signed, our team moves forward with the established schedule.

What goes into your timber frame?

We get right to work by ordering all of the necessary job materials, including timbers and structurally insulated panels (SIPs). Upon delivery of the wood to our shop, our timber stylists inspect, grade and cull all materials to be sure they are of the quality we require. As cutting begins, their undivided attention is given to your frame. They have an immense amount of pride in the quality and continuity of the joinery. We believe this is what separates us from the rest. We work with extreme efficiency and although big production shops or companies that outsource to a computer-cutting machine can churn out frames at a faster pace, this pales in comparison to our handcrafted precision. After cutting is complete, we then trial fit your frame in our shop to guarantee a seamless product. All materials are then delivered to your property and the raising begins! Many clients enjoy and are welcome to watch this incredible process. The panel installation quickly follows, and you have a fully enclosed envelope.
